1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Protocol7, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our service.

2. Account Registration and Google Sign-In

Protocol7 offers Google Sign-In as an authentication method. By using Google Sign-In:

  • You authorize Protocol7 to access your basic Google profile information (email, name, profile picture)
  • You agree to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
  • You represent that you have the authority to grant Protocol7 access to your Google account
  • You may revoke Protocol7's access to your Google account at any time through your Google account settings

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. Service Description

Protocol7 is a weekly accountability system that collects performance metrics from designated team members via SMS and delivers compiled summaries to business leaders. The service operates on a subscription basis at $499/month.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Obtain consent from team members before adding them to the system
  • Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws
  • Not misuse or attempt to disrupt the service

5. Subscription and Billing

Payment: Subscriptions are billed monthly at $499. All payments are processed through Stripe.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

6. SMS Communications

By using Protocol7, you and your designated team members consent to receive SMS messages as part of the service. Standard message and data rates may apply. Team members can opt-out by replying STOP to any message.

7. Intellectual Property

Protocol7 and all related trademarks, logos, and content are the property of Protocol7. You may not use our intellectual property without explicit written permission.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of Protocol7 is subject to our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your business data. We may use aggregated, anonymized data for service improvement.

9. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

Protocol7 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, non-payment, or any activity that harms our service or other users.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
